All products are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without notice. For quote-only products, pricing is provided upon request and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or credit approval. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Defective products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
RFQ submissions are not binding orders. Quotations provided are valid for 30 days. Besto Exim reserves the right to adjust pricing based on market conditions.
Besto Exim shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Phnom Penh.
